Dear Mr Gove,

Congratulations in your new job, and we look forward to some desperately needed improvements in the justice system, which we have every faith you will bring.

I bring to your attention the most dreadful case of a Tom Dobbie,
who, having reported crimes against children,
was locked up on remand in HMP Altcourse
for most of 2014 on remand.

He appeared before Chester Crown Court on 9, 10, 11 and 12th March 2015.
He was acquitted of the charges of stalking and harassment
of the children's abusers
because he had indeed reported crimes. 
. 
The Crown Court judge said
he could do nothing about the reported child abuse crimes
because the abusers were not on trial. 

It was commented on during the trial
that this was a mess of Biblical proportions - by the authorities. 
. 
Given that Mr Dobbie reported child abuses,
how was it possible
for police to get this confused
and victimise the victims
along with assisting the criminals
and keeping the children in abuse ?

How was it possible
for the Crown Prosecution service
knowing the details of the case
to have assisted the criminals
and kept the children in abuse ? 
. 
There seems to be something dreadfully wrong
when police, cps and a crown court judge
can all walk glibly away
from having covered up child abuse,
assisted the abusers,
victimised the children further
and victimised the person reporting the crimes.

I am sure you can have this investigated
and stop repititions of this
glaring highway of assisting child abusers.

We ask you to please investigate this situation
with some urgency
given the background
of the industrial scale of child abuse
and the industrial scale cover up
of child abuse.
