Our children are the most important thing in the world. So, we take every effort to ensure they are safe, loved and prepared for the world ahead of them. A major part of this is enthusing them with the correct psychology, correct knowledge and correct understanding as possible. That is a big task.
There is a huge amount of informatio in the world. Each human sees
their individual tiny share. A good generalisation for the information
that each person has, is that it is better -
1. to have a substantial amount of information,
2. to have most of that information as wisdom and factual,
3. to have cognition and understanding of these things.
Congratulations ! you are alive, at least for this moment. You are fortunate enough just now, to have access to many things.
One very important thing is the internet. The biggest library,
biggest resouce, biggest source of high quality and low cost education.
It is also the greatest time waster ever ! use wisely. It only takes a little experience and research in books, people, the internet, to see that we are indebted to history, obligated to the future. It is disheartening to see such continuity of violence, animosity and time and resources wasted (across history and geography).
Yet, there is still hope. There is a fraction of humankind who are fortunate enough to cognitise this in a meaningful way; to see these things in all of their glory and horror.
This little bubble that you are reading here now on the internet, is intended as a kind of 'Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy'. This is a view selected from the deep and wide education and experiences of many many people who we should be grateful for. Giants of intellect, giants of compassion, giants of creativity, giants of spirituality, giants of cognition who all came before us.
Sharing these
things should bring both joy and a terror. A joy from so many beautiful,
wonderful inspiring things.
