Administration matters.

A1. A section for victims has been added by the victim defendant Tom Dobbie.
A2. The need for this section is in response to how not only has a large number of serious crimes been perpetrated against the Children and Tom Dobbie, but the real criminals are being put forward as victims in order to cover up the crimes and negligence of the real criminals.
A3. How it is possible in these Chester public courts to repeatedly ignore and hide copious evidence, while concocting smearing and lies is a serious situation. The courts have publicly been used to abuse power, assist in crimes and bring the entire justice system into gross disrepute.

Like ripples on water, the evil acts by members of the executive have travelled outwards and affected much more than the primary victims.

Cheshire police negligence was labelled as a miscarriage of justice in Crown Court in 2011, and later called a mess of biblical proportions in Crown Court in 2015. 1c. Crime - battering, threatening and emotional abuses by mum. Effect - terrorising AURORA. Emotional psychological trauma. Aurora has learned the police are bad people. Aurora has learned that abusers, liars and criminals are the winners. Aurora has learned that women can easily abuse men by using police and social services. 2c. Crime - RAPE. Mother tries to cover up and stop the reporting of the rape. Cheshire police informed by third party. Cheshire police interview mum and not only get her her cover up version, but they 'no crime' it after deciding it was a serious sexual assault (by TS). Effect - Aurora being told by mum that rape is nothing. Aurora has learned that police find rape acceptable and will tell her off if she tells people. 3c. Crime - Mum brings Redman (man who was previously repeatedly identified as pervert and children warned not to go near) into house having sex in presence of the children. He now has free access to the children and repeatedly sexually harasses Aurora and assaults Orion. Effect - Child is assaulted, coerced, manipulated, threatened by the very man mum had warned her about as a pervert. Aurora has learned that criminals and abusers get away with it. 4c. Crime - Cheshire police respond to Aurora reporting abuses by helping Redman to get her to shut up. Aurora has learned that police will help to abuse her. 5c. Crime - Social services respond to Aurora reporting sexual and physical abuses to school teachers, by telling her off and not to tell anyone. Aurora has learned that social services can do what they like and get away with any crimes. Aurora has learned that reporting abuses doesn't work and she has to live in fear.

Mother tries to cover up and stop reporting. Cheshire police informed by third party. Cheshire police interview mum and get her cover up version. Effect - Orion hears that rape is nothing special. Orion has learned that mum, police and social services find rape acceptable. 8c. Crime - Mum brings Redman (man who was previously repeatedly identified as pervert and children warned not to go near) into house having sex in presence of the children. He now has free access to the children and repeatedly sexually harasses Aurora and assaults Orion. Effect - Child is assaulted, coerced, manipulated, threatened by the very man mum had warned her about as a pervert. Orion has learned that criminals and abusers get away with it and he has to live in fear. 9c. Crime - Social services respond to Orion saying he misses dad and is scared of mum and Redman. Social services wholly reverse this, wilfuly lying and perjuring the family court ( there is a long trail of lies and perjury by social services in their court applications - lots of evidence) that Orion is fearful of dad. Effect - Orion has learned that social services can do what they like and get away with any crimes. Effect - Orion has learned that reporting abuses doesn't work and he has to live in fear.
[ 3. Graham.] 10c. Crime - Graham is repeatedly assaulted by CAD. 11c. Crime - Graham regularly sees CAD assault dad. 12c. Crime - Graham regularly sees CAD assault Aurora 13c. Crime - Graham regularly sees CAD assault Orion. 14c. Crime - Graham repeatedly sees police accepting blatant and evidenced lies from CAD in order to protect themselves. 15c. Crime - Graham repeatedly sees social services lying, smearing and abusing the children and dad. 16c. Crime - Graham repeatedly sees police covering up the crimes and abusing and torturing dad. 17c. Crime - Graham reports the abuses and assaults on Orion, Aurora, himself and dad to Cheshire police, who deem it so serious they video him. Three years later, not a peep. Graham has learned that Cheshire police openly carry out criminal acts and anyone opposing those crimes, like dad, get tortured. Graham has psychological problems (ptsd type) because of his abuses by CAD, because of the children's abuses by CAD and him not being able to stop it. He still has counselling to this day.
[ 4. Tom. ] 18c. Crime - repeatedly assaulted by CAD. 19c. Crime - repeatedly abused and belittled by CAD in home and public (mostly prevelant if people present who will criticise her behaviour). 20c. Crime - coerced (e.g. CAD phoned Tom at work ( while lecturing Glyndwr University ) saying if he doesn't come home immediately she will hurt Orion). 21c. Crime - manipulated (e.g. CAD spends all of her own salary and spends whatever Tom has left after he pays mortgage and household bills). 22c. Crime - emotional abuse ( e.g. CAD screams and shouts at Tom of he tries to stop her assaulting either/both children). 23c. Crime - CAD manipulates (very easily) police and social services to carry out theft, harassment, torture of Tom. 24c. Crime - CAD's paedophile boyfriend on two occassions comes to Tom's house and makes threats to kill, and threats to destroy Tom's business. He is reported in social services as telling the children he is going to get their dad with a baseball bat. Cheshire police on being told this (with photographic evidence and witnesses ) say they don't deal with threats to kill. 25c. Crimes - all through the family court sessions, Tom is bewildered at how perjury and dreadful lies by CAD, social services, CAFCASS2 are all just accepted ( e.g. you show photographs of marks left on the children by CAD hitting them, and it is just avoided ). 26c. Crimes - by stealing occupancy of the family house and registered company, CAD sets about destroying anything that could be evidence against her. Total destruction of a high tech company, its finances, Tom's private finances, and the removal of company car leaving Tom with no way to maintain business activities. 27c. Crimes - CAD's attack on Tom's finances leads to homelessness and loss of most of property. CAD and her paedophile boyfriend enjoy good lifestyle living in dad's house. Tom reports what's going on. Social services tell CAD to take criminal action against Tom. Police arrest Tom from homeless unit and six months inside Altcourse on Remand. In prison, psychiatrist cannot believe the story, Tom asks for sectioning to prove he is not deluded. Psychiatrists write he is not deluded and everything reported is evidenced and witnessed. 28c. Crimes - Tom gets acquitted in Crown Court, and CPS immediately apply for an injunction on acquital. Woodward grants the injunction in an ad hoc 5 minute discussion after jury leaves. This is unlawful, judge knows that, CPS knows that - it's simply a way to gag and cover up crimes by the executive. 29c. Crimes - my children criminally abused by CAD, Redman and assisted by Police, CPS, Judiciary, Social Services has broken my mind - but, it's these vile people preventing the rescue of the children that has done the most damage. Lots and lots and lots more crimes, abuses, unlawfulness. Net result is Dobbie's brain is fried - actual torture repeatedly by police, cps and Chester judiciary agreeing to it. Psychiatrists report ICD10:F43 at severe (battle fatigue level). Police at Blacon custody suite thrived on knowing they were torturing more. Diagnosis has worsened and patient only reason for not cutting his own throat is he still has to rescue the children.
Secondary Victims
6. DrRheology - high tech company destroyed by CAD, Cheshire Police, CPS, Judiciary, CWAC.
7. Sponsored children - Tom has sponsored children for most of his life. With the destruction of his resources and finances, this activity has all ended.
8. A UN Captain had requested Tom Dobbie to support an African family. Tom organised Western Union monthly payments to them. With the destruction of his resouces and finances, this activity came to an abrupt halt. UN people are still following the Dobbie catastrophe.
9. Tom Dobbie mentored a lot of children and people. All this stopped with the destruction of his resouces and finances.

Chester CPS :- The prosecutor with the bald head at Chester Magistrates, is evidenced as perverting the course of justice by wilfully misleading the court with non disclosures and falsities.
The CPS prosecutor who not only wilfully and criminally hid evidence, but wilfully and unlawfully applied for an injunction after acquital in the 2015 Crown Court trial.
The CPS prosecutor who objected to my bail on the 11th May 2018 on video link to Chester Crown. This man spoke definitively saying ALL of the crimes Tom Dobbie was reporting had been investigated and nothing criminal found - HE LIED to the Crown Court and was perverting the course of justice.

W8. Attorney General - non disclosures responses. (this is needed as the second policewoman said very nastily and sarcastically to Tom Dobbie - "think you've ever had a reply from the Attorney General?"
W9. A representative from iiCSA (head - Professor Jay). Child sexual abuses and their cover up reported to iiCSA. This case is lodged with iiCSA in detailed evidence showing the mechanisms employed to cover up the crimes against my children by Cheshire authorities).
W10. Judge Woodward – the unlawful granting of an injunction IMMEDIATELY after acquittal, and why he did nothing after hearing witnesses and evidence of the crimes against the children and Tom Dobbie. He actually told Tom Dobbie not to write to him about these crimes he had just heard evidence of.
W11. Judge Dutton – Judge Dutton – the unlawful finding of Tom Dobbie as guilty, in a trial with no evidence, no jury, and a 5 month case management where not only was there total non-disclosures, but no defence evidence whatsoever (even though there was copious evidence showing the defendant as not guilty on all accounts). Judge Dutton agreed, and approved, that the defence barrister had never once looked at the defence evidence, nor followed the written instructions of the defendant (barrister testified to this in Dutton's court under oath).
W15. Judge Berkson granting an unlawful CBO from Cheshire Police designed to stop the exposure and reporting of crimes. Cheshire Police subsequently arrested Tom Dobbie for reporting crimes. Judge Berkson was aware of the extensive crimes and abuses by Cheshire Police and Chester CPS and made his decision wilfully in the knowledge that not only was he was going against the overriding objective, he was keeping children in abuse and a dad in torture.
W12. Judge Pearce – before recusing himself, stating that (evidenced by professionals reporting) a penis forced into a child's mouth was not a crime. He repeatedly refused to look at evidence legally submitted showing his cronies in CWAC were criminals.
W13. Judge Barnett – stating that lengthy and repeated child battering leaving marks was acceptable to the family court. Given proof of repeated and extensive perjury by CWAC solicitors and social workers he said it was not his business if they were criminals perjuring the court.
W13. Judge Sanderson – CAD made a fraudulant ex parte application to have Tom Dobbie's assets awarded to her. CAD then fraudulantly uses the Helen Jones Chronology in it's full perverting the course of justice form, as part of CAD's lies to the court in order to obtain the assets (mainly the house) for herself.
W15. Tom Dobbie – witness to the covering up of extensive crimes by Cheshire Police, Chester CPS and Chester Judiciary. Many more witnesses are available who can testify to the many crimes across this lengthy case.
