22	Letters over 27/01/2017 to 25/3/2017 with instructions to solicitors and barrister to inform the court of defective indictments, criminality of CPS and police, covering up of child rape, covering up of child sexual abuses, covering up of child battering and many other crimes. Note22.1. Short history supplied in 14 pages covering 27/1/2017 to 6/02/2017. Did the barrister ever read this ? Her short history in the supposed mitigation if full of errors. Note22.2. Four Envelopes (dated Monday 13th March 2017) with letters copied for defence, judge and CPS were hand written out by Tom Dobbie in his dungeon at HMP Altcourse in torture on unlawful remand. These were handed to the barrister and solicitor in the dungeon below Chester Crown Court. They simply ignored the envelopes and I had to leave them in the dungeon - as I was not allowed by dungeon staff to take them upstairs to the court. I tried to talk to the judge about this, but was told I could only talk to the barrister.
23	CAFCASS report about the children telling of their assaults and abuses by Mrs Dobbie. Note23.1. The evidence 'Aurora Blogs' (not in the bundle due to my gross inequality of arms) gives more details of violence and abuses by Mrs Dobbie and Ken Redman. Note23.2. The evidence by Graham Dean to Cheshire Police on video gives more details of violence and abuses by Mrs Dobbie. Note23.3. The evidence of Graham Dean in Chester Crown Court in front of Judge Woodward and CPS, gives more details of the violence and abuses by Mrs Dobbie. Note23.3. Tom Dobbie was given 100% custody of the children because of Mrs Dobbie's violence and abuses. Mr Dobbie was made primary carer to protect the children. Note23.4. Cheshire West social workers reported Mrs Dobbie's violence and abuses in reports in 2009. These reports were subsequently made to vanish after Cheshire Police unlawfully charged Tom Dobbie with assault Note23.5. Cheshire Police and CPS say none of this happened. Note23.6. Cheshire Police and CPS want to - a. gag Tom Dobbie from reporting these crimes b. gag Tom Dobbie from reporting additional crimes. c. keep the children in abuse with their abusers. d. assist the criminals for the next 11 years.
24	Statement by Karen Challinor about the lies told by CPS to magistrates in order to get Tom Dobbie gagged into remand. Note24.1. Cheshire police and CPS have assisted Mrs Dobbie and Ken Redman in a multiplicity of crimes against the children, Tom Dobbie, The Crown. See OROJ17/1/17B. Note24.2. To ensure that Mr Dobbie is as greatly disadvantaged as possible, Cheshire police and CPS have - a. Arrested Mr Dobbie before his trial in 2015 into remand, ensuring he had virtually no sleep, no medication, a hostile environment, psychologically as disturbed as possible. Judge Woodward had to appologise after he later discovered that even medication had been witheld. Note24.3. To ensure Mr Dobbie is as psychologically disturbed as possible - even driven to suicide - then Cheshire Police and CPS had Mr Dobbie arrested on the night before seeing his new psychiatrist. I had arranged with the police to visit the station after attending my psychiatrist in Chester. They came the night before, turned off the water and electricity and then broke down the door. They would not let me take any evidence to the police station that showed I had not broken the injunction. I was then unlawfully incarcerated into torture without medication or sleep for weeks. After starting to get medication, it was in the wrong regime that my psychiatrist had told them previously not to do. So, abuse a man's children, prevent him from rescuing them, make sure he gets a vile environment to disturb him, make sure he gets wrong medication regime to torture him towards suicide. This is what the 'Justice' system has been hijacked to do.

On the hard drive and on multiple locatons are the documents showing the rape as reported by Cheshire Police, north Wales Police and victims , along with the cover up documents. Note25.2. CPS and police say it never happened, that the cover up never happened - yet there is hard evidence.
