The involvement of the justice system starts in 2006 with the assault on Tom Dobbie by Cheshire police. Cheshire police were unaware of the prohibited steps order that was in place to stop the unlawful removal of Aurora Dobbie (daughter). Avril Dobbie (mum) phoned the police and lied to them, in order to get them to unwittingly break the order and help her abduct Aurora. Cheshire police admitted in the cava that they had tried to help Avril Dobbie break the order that called for the arrest of anyone even attempting the removal of Aurora. They never arrested her, but instead assaulted Tom Dobbie. Tom Dobbie got 100%

The next involvement of Cheshire police is very similar. Avril Dobbie after assaulting her toddler and being stopped by Tom Dobbie, she lied to the police in retaliation for Tom Dobbie stopping her assaulting their toddler.
Again, the police believe the woman and ignore the evidence, ignore the witnesses, do not investigate and as a lazy low intelligence act, simply follow everything the assailant tells them.
Cheshire police admitted to this in writing, in responses to complaints about their criminal negligence.

The next major involvement by Cheshire police was in 2014. They repeatedly refused to investigate crimes against Tom Dobbie and the children, so Tom Dobbie published it in public, to force the police to take action.
Cheshire police, instead of investigating these crimes, simply arrested Tom Dobbie into remand over a year in total to gag him. Tom was acquitted in the Crown Court, and yet again, Cheshire police not only refused to investigate the crimes, but unlawfully got the court to apply an injunction to prevent disclosure of the crimes.

Cheshire police arrested and imprisoned Tom Dobbie on remand yet again in 2016-2017 to stop him reporting these covered up crimes. In a trial with no evidence, no jury, the court ordered Tom Dobbie to be guilty. Police got the court to apply a CBO to prevent Tom Dobbie from reporting the crimes by Cheshire police. This was yet again, an extension of the abuse of process.

Cheshire police arrested and imprisoned Tom Dobbie on remand yet again in April 2018 for writing Emails to the attorney general reporting the extensive crimes and wilful non disclosures by Cheshire Police, CPS and Chester Judiciary.

This is the current situation with the children not only being forced against their will to live under coerced control by their abusers, but they are highly isolated and gagged by their abusers and Cheshire authorities.
